At this time, we have two tiers of pricing.

Tier 1:

Traditional Shoot

$175.00

This is for any size home, regardless of square footage or number of shots. Includes HDR photos and a full coverage of the property.

Tier 2:

Aerial Photography

$100.00

Aerial photos allow you to showcase an entire property and it's surrounding area - capturing a unique view that can grab a potential buyers attention.

Combination Package:

$225.00

Pricing for a traditional HDR property photos, and aerial photography combined.

We also offer Twilight shots for an "additional" $50.00. Usually, we will visit the

listing twice that day, once to get the standard shots and another to get the

twilight images. The owner will be responsible for turning on all lights and having

all blinds and drapes open for best results.

Payment Options

There are 4 payment choices:

Pay when you receive the images with check, Paypal or Credit Card.
Payment due on the day of the property closing.
Payment due if the agent loses the listing.
If a year has passed and the property has not sold, full payment is then due.
